Lindsay Lampreda, Operations Manager (left)

Lindsay graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art. She has experience in sand casting and mold making of fine art and industrial castings in bronze and aluminum. Lindsay currently is the Operations Manager.

Out of Office: Lindsay enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening and traveling. She creates sculptures and paintings in her spare time.

Joe Lampreda, President

Joe is a graduate of Clarkson (College) University with a degree in Industrial Management. He held various positions, including Plant Manager, Vice President and President of Caldwell & Ward Brass Co., before founding Caldwell & Ward Casting Co. Inc. in 2004. Joe currently serves as President. 

Out of Office:   Joe is an amateur musician and collects vintage guitars, amplifiers and bronze sculptures. He enjoys snowboarding, bicycling, fishing, reading and music.

Sandy has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Lawrence University and attended Syracuse University while studying for her Master's degree. She worked in various positions before attaining her current position of Executive Assistant to the President.

Out of Office: Sandy's interests include health, fitness and nutrition.
